Experience You Can Build On.
Nice Flippin’ Homes is the remodeling and renovation division of Ellis Construction—one experienced East Tennessee team with two focused brands.
Built Around Better Work
Led by Lee Ellis, our team brings more than 15 years of construction experience to homes and projects throughout East Tennessee. Ellis Construction handles ground-up and general construction work. Nice Flippin’ Homes focuses that same experience on improving, expanding, and restoring existing homes.
However a project begins, the standard stays the same: thoughtful planning, honest communication, skilled execution, and respect for the people who trust us with their property.
